Our studio is equipped with a letterpress, 2 etching presses, inking stations, screenprinting area, clean work-space area, 2 washing sinks, full kitchen and bathroom. Must be a responsible key holder to the printshop.

Artist work studio available for rent in the heart of the Waterloo Arts District. This is a creative environment with eight private artist studios and a shared bathroom and slop sink. These secure studios are located in the Waterloo Arts building above the Gallery and Callaloo Café. These studios cannot be used as residential spaces but artists have their own keys and 24/7 access. A back porch provides a nice outdoor space to enjoy some fresh air in warmer weather. Artists are expected to participate in and assist with quarterly open studio events during the district’s art walks. The studio is approximately 150 square feet and rent includes all utilities and free Wi-Fi. Initial lease is three months and month-to-month thereafter. A one-month security deposit is due upon signing or may be paid in three installments during the initial three-month term. Tremont West Development Corporation, in partnership with the Hispanic Business Center, is initiating its 4th Small Business Incubator Program for a storefront space located at 2406 Professor Avenue in the heart of the retail district in the Tremont neighborhood. Tremont West is beginning the search process for a 2016 participant. In previous years, the space was utilized for several Pop-Up Shops and formerly the board meeting room for Tremont West. The storefront is split with access for the office of the Physical Development Director of Tremont West. This access must be maintained as part of the lease agreement.
Both of their state-of-the-art dance studios are available for intimate instruction or large classes. Considered among the best in Ohio, each fully-accessible studio measures 60 ft. x 40 ft. and features a sprung Marley dance floor and a mirrored wall. Restrooms, a lounge area, vending machines, and a guarded parking lot are also included.
